茂谷柑不同砧木比较研究

以枳、酸橘、土柠檬、红橘作茂谷柑的砧木,对不同树龄、不同砧穗组合茂谷柑的树体生长情况、早结丰产性、产量、果实品质和抗病性等进行了系统调查比较研究。结果表明,四种砧木与茂谷柑接穗的亲和性无明显差异,均表现亲和力强；其中枳砧茂谷柑果实可溶性固形物、固酸比均显著高于其它三个砧木品种,果色橙红,果皮薄而光滑,外观品质优,且表现早结性最好,但枳砧茂谷柑树冠紧凑矮化,中后期产量较低,早衰现象严重,易感裂皮病；酸橘、红橘产量品质居中,但表现早结性较差；柠檬早结丰产性稳定性较好,但表现果实可溶性固形物偏低。

Study on comparison of rootstocks for Murcot

Graft affinity, growth of tree, quality of early fruit setting as well as high yielding, yield and fruit quality of different graft unions were studied systematically using Suanju(Citrus reticulata Blanco), Hongju(Citrus reticulata Blanco), and Trifoliate orange as rootstocks for Murcot.The result indicated that four rootstocks for Murcot appeared excellent graft affinity with no significant differences. All rootstocks seemed to form tree-crown early, and Maogugan with Trifoliate Orange rootstock had moderated vigor as well as dwarf tree-crown. Murcot with Trifoliate Orange rootstock and lemon rootstocks had great quality of early fruit setting as well as high yielding, and yields of the stage of beginning to bear fruit appeared significant difference compared with that of Maogugan with Suanju and Hongju rootstocks.However, there were no significant differences among yields of all Murcot during the harvest stage.The fruits with Trifoliate Orange rootstocks possessed great quality, containing a high level of dissoluble condensate, total sugar and acid. On the contrary, Murcot with lemon rootstocks had undsirable quality with vesicle collapsed fruits,containing relatively low level of dissolube condensate, total sugar and acid.
