大藤峡水利枢纽施工过程智能视频监控与应用

摘    要:为满足大藤峡水利枢纽工程管理单位对施工过程实时监管的总要求,提出一种适用于大藤峡水利枢纽工程左岸施工过程监管的无线智能视频监控系统。从施工现场环境、施工人员、大体积混凝土施工过程管控 3 个方面分析大藤峡水利枢纽现场施工过程管理存在的问题,基于施工现场网络情况,比选无线和有线网络 2 种建设模式可行性,提出利用施工现场现有的无线网络回传视频监控数据的建设思路,并给出智能视频监控系统的总体设计方案,着重对视频智能分析与处置和系统部署效果进行说明。智能视频监控系统上线以来,实现 24 h 不间断高清视频回传和对监控视频进行智能分析的功能,显著提升大藤峡水利枢纽工程施工现场现代化管理水平,并有效支撑施工现场大体积混凝土温控施工。

Intelligent video surveillance in Datengxia Gorge Water Conservancy Project

Abstract:In order to meet the general requirements of real-time supervision of the construction process for the project management unit of Datengxia Gorge Water Conservancy Project, the article proposes a wireless intelligent video surveillance system for monitoring the left bank construction by capturing videos in real time and transferring data. It analyzes the problems related to the regulation of construction site surroundings, on-site staff, and mass-concrete construction processes in the project. In terms of the construction site network, it compares the feasibility of wireless and wired network construction modes, puts forward the construction idea of using the existing wireless network to transmit the video monitoring data, emphatically explaines the video intelligent analysis and disposal and the effect of system deployment . Since its roll-out, the 24-hour unremitting work of HD video transfer and smart analysis have significantly enhanced project management capability on site and effectively supported mass-concrete construction development.
