诱导睡眠后化疗预防含顺铂方案所致呕吐的疗效观察

目的了解睡眠后化疗对呕吐的预防作用。方法化疗前预防性使用恩丹西酮或胃复安的同时，分别选用安定或氯丙嗪或复方氯丙嗪注射液肌注。结果实验组总有效率为９３．５％，对照组为５２．７％（Ｐ＜０．００１）。实验组中恩丹西酮和胃复安的有效率分别为９６．７％和９０．６％（Ｐ＞０．０５）；对照组分别为８０．７％和４１．５％（Ｐ＜０．０１）。两组中胃复安的有效率比较差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。逐日疗效比较中，两组第１～３天疗效差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论诱导睡眠后化疗对含顺铂方案所致呕吐有预防作用。

Observation of the Effect of Sleeping on the Prevention of Vomiting Induced by Chemotherapy Regimen of Containing Cisplatin

Objective To appreciate the effects of chemotherapy ther sleep on the prevention of vomiting. Methods Before chemotherapy use preventing Ondansetron or Metoclopramide, at the same the, add the injection of Diazpam, Chlorpromazine or Chlorpromazine Co.. Results In the experimental group, the total effecvive rate is 93. 5 %; In the control group ,the effective rate is 52.7% (P < 0. 001). In the experimental group,the effective rates of Ondansetron and Metoclop- ramide are 96.7% and 90.6% respectively(P > 0.05) .In the coned group,the rats are 80.7% and 41 .5% respectively (P < 0.001 ) .These two groups differ peally in the effective rate of Metoclopramide(P < 0. 001 ). We compard the curative effect day by day and found out that from the first day to the third day,the two groups differed greatly in the curative effect (P < 0.01) . Conclusions Chemotherapy regimen of containing Cisplatin after induced sleep can prevent vomiting.
