| 摘 要： | 城市化是人类社会发展的必然趋势和不以人的意志为转移的客观规律。它既是调整农民就业结构的关键,也是解决“三农”问题的根本。而大力改变农民观念,创新和发展农村教育,从而开发农村人力资源,促进城乡一体化,实现城乡统筹发展,则是推动中国城市化进程的重要手段。

| Abstract: | Urbanism is the inevitable tendency of human social development and the objective law of no transfering with the will of person. It was the key of adjusting peasant employment structure, it is also the foundation for solving the "3 farmings problems". Therefore, not only changing peasant idea vigorously and creating and developing rural education, but also developing rural human resource and promoting the unifinication of town and country and realizing the overall development of town and country are the important means of promoting Chinese urbanism process. |
