颗粒表面包无机膜工艺及其应用的研究现状

摘    要:颗粒表面包膜是目前发展的一种新技术,它通过从微观对颗粒进行包裹来改变其有关性能,进而改变材料粉体和块体的宏观性能。目前这项技术在材料改性领域广泛应用。无机膜近年来发展比较迅速,与有机膜相比,具有很好的物理和化学方面的优点。本文综述了国内外颗粒表面包无机膜的工艺技术,并详细论述了每种工艺技术的特点以及应用范围和具体实例。

Abstract:The surface-coating process of particles is a new technology developed recently. A membrane is coated around particles to change their relevant performance and thereby changes the behavior of powders and chips from their macrostructure. The technology is extensively applied for modifying the performance of the material at present. The technology of inorganic membrane has developed faster in recent years, compared with that of organic membrane, and it has advantages of very good physical and chemical properties. This article gives a survey of surface-coating technologies of inorganic particles at home and abroad, describing their characteristics, application fields and products.
