Anion receptor with four imidazolium rings on the glycoluril |

| Abstract: | We have synthesized a new anion receptor with four imidazolium groups attached on the glycoluril. The receptor binds halide and acetate in 1:2 stoichiometry and acetate has the highest affinity for this new receptor among the anions we investigated. |
