临床路径在心室(房)间隔缺损修补术患儿中的应用

目的 探讨临床路径在心室(房)间隔缺损术患儿中的应用方法、效果。方法 分别对行心室(房)间隔缺损修补术的患儿进行了临床路径与一般方法对比研究。结果 实施临床路径后患儿的平均住院天数明显缩短，并发症降低，患者满意度提高。结论 临床路径在心室(房)间隔缺损修补术患儿中的应用，提高了工作效率，降低了并发症，增加了病人的满意度。

Study of clinical pathway in children's operation of ASD/VSO

Objective To explore the applied methods of the clinical pathway in cardiopulmonary by pass (CPB) operation of arterial separation defect (ASD) or Ventricular separation defect (VSD). Method Compared clinical path with traditional nursing methods by statistical analysis of clinical datum (100 patients). Results There are nor death occurred in all patients, the days staying in hospital were shortened. The complication of post-operation was cut down, and the satisfaction of patients was remarkably increased after using clinical pathway. Conclusions Clinical pathway in operation of children's ASD/VSD can promote work efficiency, cut down post-operation complication and increase the satisfaction of patients.
