| 摘 要： | 宁夏区内新建机组设备由于制造质量问题,原材料缺陷和焊接缺陷,检测过程中漏检或消除不彻底等,导致运行过程中炉管泄漏或爆管,甚至四大管道爆破等灾难性事故,造成非计划停机,经济损失巨大,应引起设备制造厂家和设备质量监督人员、检验人员的高度重视,加强监督力度。

| Abstract: | The new built units equipment in Ningxia exist the manufacturing quality problems such as: raw material and welding flaw,the flaw undetected and incomplete elimination in the test process. These problems lead to boiler pipe leakage and explosion in operating,even disaster accident of "4 pipes explosion",causes non-plan unit stop operation and heavy economic loss,so inspectors should pay more attention and strengthen the supervision. |
