Clinical Treatment and Observation of Chronic Cough Symptoms in Respiratory Medicine

Objective To investigate the clinical treatment effect and experience of chronic cough symptoms in respiratory medicine.Methods Eighty patients with chronic cough admitted to our department of respiratory medicine from August 2017 to July 2019 were selected and divided into observation group(aminophylline and montelukast sodium combined treatment)and control group(simple aminophylline treatment)40 cases in each group.Results Compared with the control group(77.5%),the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(95.0%)was higher(P<0.05);the difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05);compared with the observation group,the improvement of FEV1(2.61±0.54)L,FVC(3.21±0.58)L,and FEV1/FVC(80.54±9.57)%in the observation group were all significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of aminophylline and montelukast sodium in patients with chronic cough in respiratory medicine can effectively improve the treatment effect and eliminate the patient's cough symptoms.At the same time,there is a lower incidence of adverse reactions,which can significantly improve the lung function of patients condition,its clinical value is more significant.
