| Abstract: | Objective Analysis of the value of refined nursing in improving respiratory function in patients with ICU.Methods 59 patients with ICU in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,29 patients with ICU in the control group were given basic care,and 30 patients with ICU in the observation group were given fine nursing care.Results The observation group's respiratory frequency,respiratory function improvement rate,incidence of nursing errors,nursing satisfaction,pulmonary function index,and ICU hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out intensive care for ICU patients has a significant effect on improving the patient's respiratory function,can improve the patient's breathing disorder,improve the treatment effect,reduce the occurrence of nursing error events,and is beneficial to the prognosis and rehabilitation of patients. |
