Analysis of Cefoperazone-Sulbactam Sodium Combined With Azithromycin in the Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of COPD

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cefoperazone-sulbactam sodium and azithromycin in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods From November 2016 to November 2019,92 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were treated in our hospital.They were divided into cephalosporin group and combined Archie group,with 46 cases in each group.The cephalosporin group was treated with cefoperazonesulbactam sodium,and the azithromycin group was added with azithromycin on the basis of the cephalosporin group.The symptoms of each group were compared after treatment,and the improvement of inflammatory reactions and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the inflammatory reaction indexes of the combined azithromycin group and cephalosporin group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the levels of inflammatory reaction indexes in the combined azithromycin group were significantly lower than those in the cephalosporin group(P<0.05).Cough and expectoration,lung moist rales,body temperature normalization and hospitalization time in the combined azithromycin group were significantly lower than those in the cephalosporin group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cefoperazonesulbactam sodium and azithromycin treatment for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively improve the antiinfective effect in the acute exacerbation period,and promote the patient to recover and leave the hospital as soon as possible.The clinical application value is high.
