协同家属护理与健康宣教对类风湿关节炎患者的影响

目的探讨协同家属护理模式配合健康宣教对类风湿关节炎患者的应用效果。方法收集2018年7月—2019年8月我院收治的80例类风湿关节炎患者,根据随机数字表法将80例患者分为两组,每组均为40例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予协同家属护理模式配合健康宣教,观察两组患者依从性和生活质量。结果观察组护理满意度明显比对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组依从性率明显比对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心理功能、生理功能、健康自我认知能力、社会功能及总生活质量均比对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论类风湿关节炎患者采取协同家属护理模式配合健康宣教,可有效改善患者生活质量,患者依从性、护理满意度更高。

Analysis of the Application of Cooperative Family Nursing Mode and Health Education in Patients With Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective To explore the effect of cooperative family nursing mode and health education on patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods From July 2018 to August 2019,80 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our hospital were collected.According to the random number table method,80 patients were divided into two groups,40 in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given cooperative family nursing mode with health education,and the compliance and quality of life of the two groups were observed.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the psychological function,physiological function,healthy self-awareness,social function and total quality of life of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with rheumatoid arthritis can effectively improve their quality of life,patients’compliance and nursing satisfaction by adopting cooperative family nursing mode and health education.
