| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of improving the use of nonverbal communication skills on the quality of ICU nursing work and patients'satisfaction,so as to promote the rehabilitation of ICU patients.Methods 120 patients in ICU of our hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the experimental group,60 cases in each group.Compared with the control group and the experimental group ICU patients'nursing satisfaction,active cooperation rate,emotional score and nursing quality score.Results The scores of nursing satisfaction,active cooperation rate and nursing quality of ICU patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the scores of emotion were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The improvement of nonverbal communication skills can further improve the degree of cooperation and satisfaction of patients,stabilize patients'emotions,and improve the quality of nursing services in the department as a whole. |
