| 摘 要： | 详细介绍了ABB IndustrialIT DCS控制系统的原理、特点及系统构成。利用DCS控制系统的控制功能进行PID调节、串级调节、比值调节、分程调节等实现了精确控制,满足了工艺的要求。对生产设备的各级连锁进行了严格控制,有效避免事故发生,通过丰富的报警信息为故障处理提供分析决策依据。

The control function of DCS control system is utilized to carry out PID adjustment, cascade adjustment,ratio adjustment, adjustment in range etc., thus the accuracy control is realized and process requirement is met.
