长期吸入布地奈德对支气管哮喘患儿胰岛功能及血脂的影响

目的:探讨长期吸入布地奈德对支气管哮喘儿童胰岛功能及血脂的影响。方法:予68例支气管哮喘患儿吸入布地奈德治疗。于治疗前,治疗6、12、24个月取血查空腹血糖(FPG)、口服葡萄糖2h测定血糖(2hPG)、空腹血胰岛素(FINS)、血总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)及游离脂肪酸(FFA)的水平。计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)和胰岛素分泌指数(HOMA-IS)。结果:所有儿童用药前及用药6、12、24个月后其血FPG、2hPG、FINS、HOMA-IR、HOMA-IS、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL及FFA水平均无显著性差异(均P>0.05)。结论:长期吸入布地奈德对哮喘儿童胰岛功能、胰岛素抵抗及血脂无明显影响。

Influence of long term inhaled budesonide on the function of isolated islets and lipid metabolism in children with asthma

Objective:To explore the changes of the function of isolated islets,insulin resistance and lipid metabolism before and after long-term inhaled budesonide in children with asthma.Methods:68 children with asthma were received long-term inhaled budesonide.The levels of serum FPG,2hPG,FINS,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL and FFA were measured,and HOMA-IR and HOMA-IS were evaluated before treatment and after treatment 6,12,24 months.Results:The levels of serum FPG,2hPG,FINS,HOMA-IR,HOMA-IS,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL and FFA in children with asthma had no significant differences before and after 6,12,24 month therapy(P>0.05).Conclusion:The function of isolated islets,insulin resistance and lipid metabolism are not obviously affected by long-term inhaled budesonide in children with asthma.
