摘    要:目的 观察血清Fractalkine (FKN)在不同类型冠心病(CHD)患者中的表达,并评估其水平对CHD危险分层的价值.方法 选取CHD患者81例,根据冠状动脉造影结果将其分为稳定型心绞痛(SAP)患者22例(SAP组)、不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者32例(UAP组)、急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者27例(AMI组),同期选择非CHD患者62例作为对照组.采用ELISA法检测各组血清FKN水平,Gensini评分系统评定冠状动脉狭窄程度.结果 AMI组及UAP组血清FKN水平明显高于对照组和SAP组(P均<0.05),AMI组与UAP组、SAP组与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05).Pearson相关分析显示,CHD患者血清FKN水平与Gensini积分无相关性(r=0.19,P>0.05).结论 随着CHD患者病情的加重,血清FKN水平明显升高;血清FKN水平可以作为CHD危险分层的指标.

Abstract:Objective To observe the serum Fractalkine levels in patients with different types of coronary heart diseases ( CHD), and to assess its values in the risk stratification of CHD. Methods In this study, 143 cases of patients were selected, including 22 cases of stable angina pectoris as SAP group, 32 cases of unstable angina pectoris as UAP group, 27 cases of acute myocardial infarction as AMI group and 62 cases with no cardiovascular disease as control group. The Fracta- lkine levels of all patients were measured by ELISA. The degree of coronary artery stenosis of those patients who suffered CHD was assessed by Gensini scoring system. Results The Fractalkine levels in the AMI group and UAP group were sig- nificantly higher than those in the SAP group and control group ( all P 〈 0.05 ). There was no significant difference between the AMI group and UAP group, the SAP group and control group (all P 〉0. 05 ). The Fractalkine levels of patients with CHD had no relation with Gensini score as shown in Pearson related analysis ( r = 0.09, P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The Fractalkine levels are significantly increased with the aggravation of CI-ID. It indicates that the Fractalkine level may be an important index in the risk stratification of CHD.
