摘    要:为了提高冷固球团返回转炉中的利用效率和降低冶炼原料成本,分别对除尘灰原料和生产工艺、冷固球团的生产以及冷固球团在转炉的应用实践3部分内容进行分析。研究结果表明,干法除尘灰含铁量较高,其中粗灰的含铁量最高可以达到89.94%,可选用淀粉胶作为生产冷固球团的黏结剂;冷固球团成型的关键之一是加入适量的水进行消化,实际生产中应控制加水量为5%~7%、消化时间为8~12 h。通过实践证明,冷固球团加入转炉后具有明显的冷却和化渣效果。通过冷固球团的使用效果研究表明,冷固球团能减少副原料消耗和提高金属使用率,一年可以增效益4 903.64万元。

Abstract:In order to improve the utilization efficiency of the cold-bonded pellet return to the converter and reduce the cost of the smelting raw material, the three parts of the dust ash raw materials and production process, the production of cold-bonded pellets and the application practice of cold-bonded pellets in the converter were analyzed. The results showed that the dry dust removal ash had a high iron content, and the highest iron mass fraction of coarse ash can reach 89.94%. The starch glue was used as the binder for producing cold-set pellets. One of the keys to cold-bonded pellet formation was to add appropriate amount of water for digestion. In actual production, the amount of water added should be controlled to 5% to 7%, and the digestion time should be 8 to 12 h. It has been proved by practice that the cold-bonded pellets had obvious cooling effect and slag effect after being added to the converter. The research on the use effect of cold-bonded pellets showed that cold-bonded pellets can reduce the consumption of auxiliary materials and increase the utilization rate of metals, which can increase the benefits by 49.036 4 million yuan a year.
