日托和全托模式下乳牙龋防治效果的比较研究

目的评价幼儿园全托及日托模式下应用氟保护漆预防乳牙龋病的效果。方法选择广州市6所幼儿园3周岁儿童850名，分为2组，全托组450名，日托组400名。从2006年10月起每年对2组儿童行龋齿检查和充填。从2006年11月起每6个月为2组儿童涂氟保护漆并进行口腔卫生宣教，共4次。比较2组涂氟前后的龋均、患龋率和龋齿充填率。结果涂氟干预前2组龋均（t=0．57，P=0．67）、患龋率（χ2=0．09，P=0．78）和龋齿充填率（χ2=0．06，P=0．88）的差异均无统计学意义。全托组1年和2年后的患龋率分别为23．13％和32．60％，充填率为32．50％和51．33％；日托组1年和2年后患龋率分别为33．65％和49．22％，充填率为11．50％和22．90％。全托组在干预1年后（χ2=5．76，P=0．02）和2年后（χ2=6．64，P=0．01）的患龋率均低于日托组。结论在全托模式下应用氟保护漆较日托模式取得更好的乳牙防龋效果，全托模式下更多龋齿得到充填。

Comparative Study of Dental Caries Prevention in Deciduous Teeth in Full-time and Day-care Nursery School
