| 摘 要： | 红黄通脉冲剂（ＨＨＴＭ）的主要有效部位为黄酮类化合物，ＨＨＴＭ１００ｍｇ．ｋｇ＾－１（以所含总黄酮计）ｐｏ给药，对乌头碱诱发大鼠室性心律失常，肾上腺素诱发家兔室性心律失常及引起小鼠室颤明显对抗作用，明显提高上腺素和乌头碱致室性心早搏的阈剂量，减少氯仿致小鼠室颤的发生率。对哇巴因诱发豚鼠的心律失常无明显一对抗作用。

| Abstract: | The main effective fragment of Honghuang Tongmai Granule (HHMT) is flavonoid compound.The intragastric administration of HHMT with a dose being equal to 100mg.kg -1 total flavonoid can obviously antagonize ventricular arrhythmia induced by Aconitine in rats and induced by Epinephrine in rabbits,and ventricular fibrillation(VF)induced by Chloroform in mice .HHMT can increase significantly threshold dose of ventricular premature beats(VPB)induced by Epinephrine in rabbits and Aconitine in rats,and reduce incidence of ventricular fibrillation induced by Chloroform in mice.HHTM can not antagonize markedly arrhythmia induced by ouabain in guinea pigs. |
