线阵CCD光谱测量系统的驱动电路设计

摘    要:以ILX554B线阵CCD为例,分析了该电荷耦合器件的工作原理及驱动时序,介绍一种线阵CCD光谱测量系统的驱动电路的设计方法。设计主要内容包括ILX554B线阵CCD驱动电路和输出信号处理电路。结果表明,各项参数及指标均符合实际工作需要。此设计发挥了单片机的优势,使驱动具有方便、灵活、可靠性高、成本低等优点,能够满足ILX554B芯片多路驱动时序的要求,已用于CCD荧光光谱测量系统中。

Abstract:In this paper, taking linear CCD ILX554B as an example, the working principle and driving timing of CCD are introduced. A peripheral driving circuit for linear CCD spectral measurement system is given, which includes driving circuit and output signal processing circuit of linear CCD ILX554B. The experiment results show that the parameters of the driving circuit can meet requirements of practical application. This design makes full use of the advantages of single chip microcomputer, and has some merits of convenience, flexibility, high accuracy and lower cost. The circuit can meet the requirements of multipath driving timing of ILX554B. The circuit designed in this paper has been used to the CCD fluorescence spectrum measuring system.
