摘    要:研究了大规格TA5钛合金热轧环村的疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值ΔK_(th)与疲劳裂纹扩展速率加da/dN之间的关系。结果表明,Δk_(th)值可由近门槛区的da/dN表达式直接按定义da/dN值算,而无需进行繁琐的试验测定。这一结果同样适用于β区加热热轧TA5钛合金板材。

Abstract:A research on the relationship between the shreshold value and rate of fatigue crack propagation in large sized hot rolled rings of TA5 titanium alloy is performed. The results indicate that the ΔK_(th)value can be calculated from an expression for da/dN in a zone near the threshold directly in terms of the defined value of da/dN without overlaborate measurements made. The conclusion is also suitable for hot rolled TA5 titani- um alloy plates which are heated in βZone during hot-rolling processing.
