(N,N-二甲胺基乙基)丙烯酸酯在炭黑表面接枝聚合研究

摘    要:利用Ce(4+)和炭黑表面的羟甲基组成的氧化还原体系,探讨了(N,N-二甲胺基乙基)丙烯酸酯在炭黑表面的接枝聚合机理。研究表明单体和硝酸的浓度以及铈离子的用量对该反应有显著的影响。傅立叶红外光谱分析和透射电子显微镜分析表明,在接枝改性炭黑表面存在着聚(N,N-二甲胺基乙基)丙烯酸酯。

Abstract:Using a redox initiating system consisting of ceric ions and hydroxymethyl groups on carbon black surface,free radical graft polymerization of N,N-dimethylaminoethylacrylate onto carbon black surface was investigated.The concentration of monomers,nitric acid,and the amount of ceric ion had influence on the graft polymerization.According to determination of Zeta potential and analysis of FTIR and TEM,it was suggested that there are some graft polymers on the modified carbon black surface.
