| 摘 要： | 针对TG328天平出现横粱不等臂性调修困难的状况，根据杠杆平衡原理，调整天平横梁两臂的臂比关系，采用了带全量调偏差和大偏差消除法等调整方法，把天平横梁两个边刀距离调到相等的位置，消除两臂不等的状况，使天平空秤平衡位置与全秤平衡位置一致，消除偏差，提高天平的正确性，使其性能达到国家规定的标准范围。
