| 摘 要： | 网络政治参与概念厘定是进行网络政治研究的基本前提和重要基础。网络政治参与中的“网络”侧重指互联网，“政治参与”是指普通公民以一定的方式和手段进行的旨在影响政治过程的政治行动。文章对当前学术界一些似是而非、富有争议的定义进行了科学辨析，并对网络政治参与概念进行了重新界定，分析了网络政治参与的要件和要素，以期为网络政治研究奠定必要的基础。

| Abstract: | It is the basic premise and important foundation of online politics study to make clear of the definition of online political participation.“Network”in the “political participation”refers to the internet;political participation refers to the political action of ordinary citizens intending to influence the political process in a certain way and means.This paper scientifically discriminates and analyzes some specious and controversial definitions in academia,Analysis of the elements and the elements of the network political participation,and re-definites online political participation so as to lay a necessa-ry premise for online politics study. |
