| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT在诊断颈动脉体瘤中的应用价值.方法:收集3例经手术病理证实的颈动脉体瘤病例的影像及临床资料,结合文献资料分析其CT表现.结果:3例颈动脉体瘤均位于颈动脉分叉部,推移颈内外动脉分离,增强后显著强化.结论:依据发病部位、强化特征可以对颈动脉体瘤做出定性诊断.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore multi-slice spiral CT value in diagnosing carotid body tumor.Methods: Colleted 3 cases of carotid body tumor with imaging and clinical data,which proved by pathology after surgery,combining with literature to analyse its imaging character.Results: 3 cases carotid body tumor all located carotid bifurcation,pushing internal carotid and external carotid move,highly enhancing.Conclusion: We Could make qualitation diagnosis according to its location and enhancement character. |
