我国政府危机管理中信息公开存在问题与对策

通过分析政府危机管理与政府信息公开的关系以及政府危机管理工作中政府信息公开的作用，指出我国政府信息公开存在法律体系不健全、信息公开制度不完善、危机信息管理水平低、知情权意识薄弱等问题，并针对这些问题提出相应对策，以期提高我国政府应对危机的能力和效率。

The Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Information Publication in Government Crisis Management

Through analyzing the relationship between government crisis management, government information freedom and the role the latter played in the operation of crisis management, this paper summarizes the key problems of government information freedom in China, such as the unsound jurisprudence, the imperfect information freedom system, the low level crisis information management, and the weak consciousness of right to know. Then the countermeasures are proposed to develop the power and efficiency of our government when facing crises.
