内乳动脉造影在胸部病变中的应用（附24例分析）

目的：探讨内乳动脉在一些胸部病变中的影像学改变及介入治疗价值。材料与方法，对２４例胸部病变患者（肺癌１８例，晚期乳腺癌２例，肺结核合并咯血２例，喉癌肺转移１例，胸锁关节处动脉瘤样骨囊肿１例）行内乳动脉造影后，对内乳动脉有改变者行相应的化疗或栓塞治疗。结果７例肺癌患者发现除支气管动脉供血外，内乳动脉亦参与供血；２例乳腺癌患者中，１例见内乳动脉及肩钾下动脉有供知，另１例见内乳动脉肋间支及穿支有缺损改变

Application of Internal Mammary Arteriogrophy in Thoracopathy

Objective: To explore the image changes and interventional therapeutive values of internal mammary artery in some thoracopathy.Materials and Methods: Internal mammary arteriography were performed in 24 patients with thoracopathy (bronchogenic carcinoma 18, breast cancer 2, pulmonary tuberculosis with hemoptysis 2, metastases of lung from larynx cancer 1, aneurysmal bone cyst in sternoclavicular articulation 1). Drug perfusion or embolization treatment were performed in those who had image changes of internal mammary artery.Results: In 7 cases of bronchogenic carcinoma, blood supply of internal mammary artery were discoverd besides bronchial artery; In 2 cases of breast cancer, blood supply of internal mammary artery and subscapular artery were found in one patient; intercostal branches and perforating branches of internal mammary artery were detected in another. In one case of tuberculosis with hemoptysis, internal mammary artery and bronchial artery became dilatated and tortuous. In one case of aneurysmal bone cyst in sternoclavicular articulation, image was showed that the mediastinal branches of right internal mammary was obviously dilated and tortuors; and tumor staining was also discovered in this case. Chemotherapy or embolization treatment through internal mammary artery were peformed in these 11 patients individualy, and clinical conditions were ameliorated obviously in these patients.Conclusion: Internal mammary arteriography has important clinical values in discover blood supply and perfoming interventioanl therapy in some patients with thoracopathy.
