| 摘 要： | 在25t立式动压推力轴承实验台上实测了中心支承扇形可倾瓦推力轴承多种工况的润滑参数,包括油膜的厚度、压力、温度等等,还进行了减瓦实验。通过理论计算与实验结果的比较,分析了这种轴承的性能特点及影响因素,着重研究了供油条件的影响。

| Abstract: | The Lubricating Parameters (including the thickness, pressure and temperature of the oil film) of centre pivot sector tilting pad thrust bearing are measured in a 25-ton test bed under various operating conditions and in some pads absence. By comparison between the theory and experiment, the performace and the influence factors ate investigated and the affect oa supply oil condition is emphatically discussed. |
