采煤机电磁调速技术研究

摘    要:介绍了电磁调速技术国内外研究现状及基本原理,并对电磁调速电动机的性能、电磁调速系统的动态特性和计算机控制系统进行了研究,提出了电磁调速作为采煤机调速方式的控制算法,并基于PLC实现了控制算法.实验表明:电磁调速电动机具有故障率低、维护简单、调速性能好、成本低,并能应用于恶劣环境等特点.

Study of Electromagnetically Variable Speed for Excavators

Abstract:The technology of electromagnetically variable speed and its basic principle were introduced. The capability of electromotor, the dynamic characteristics of electromagnetically variable speed drive and the system controlled by computers were studied. The control arithmetic of excavator with electromagnetically variable speed was presented, and the control arithmetic was achieved based on PLC. The experimental results indicate that electromotor has the characteristics of low malfunction coefficient, simple maintenance, variable speed performance and low costing, and can be used in the worst environment, and so on.
