铁尾矿合成镁橄榄石质耐火材料的反应机理

摘    要:针对铁尾矿的环境污染和资源再利用问题,提出了利用铁尾矿添加轻烧镁粉合成镁橄榄石质耐火材料的原料,使用综合热分析方法确定发生反应的温度区间,尤其确定了特征温度点,并以之为烧成终点温度烧制试样,利用XRD、SEM、EDAX等先进手段进行检测分析,最后综合分析了铁尾矿和轻烧镁粉生成镁橄榄石的反应机理,确定了镁橄榄石的主要生成区间在1400-1700 K。

Abstract:The environmental pollution and resource utilization again from tailings have been taken to account,the forsterite raw material is synthesized by using the iron ore tailings and active magnesia.The temperature area is made sure by thermal analysis,especially the characteristic temperature,which is used for sintering of the sample,at the same time,the advance methods,such as XRD,SEM,EDAX and so on,are used to test and analyze the reaction mechanism during the synthesis process of forsterite with iron ore tai...
