兖矿高温煤焦油的分离及GC/MS分析

摘    要:采用超声辐射及索氏萃取技术,对兖矿高温煤焦油进行连续分级萃取,借助GC/MS对所得萃取物进行表征分析。结果表明:共检测到172种化合物,主要成分为芳烃和杂环化合物。芳香族化合物主要是由1-4环芳烃的组成,其中萘、甲基萘、苊烯、芴、菲、蒽、荧蒽、芘、三亚苯、苯并二萘嵌苯和苯并芘含量较高。杂环化合物中检测到的含氮化合物远多于含硫化合物,表明兖矿高温煤焦油应该是一种高氮低硫的焦油。并分析了样品中有机物各组分的分布规律,为提高高温煤焦油附加值利用提供了实验依据。

Abstract:Under ultrasonic irradiation and a Soxhlet extractor,the sequential fractional extraction on a high-temperature coal tar collected from Yankuang Group,Tancun Industry Co.,Ltd.,was analyzed by GC/MS.The results show that 172 compounds are detected,which are mainly made of aromatic hydrocarbons and heterocyclic compounds.Aromatic hydrocarbons were mainly composted of 1-4 ring aromatic,among which the higher realtive content are Naphthalene,methylnaphthalene,acenaphthylene,fluorene,phenanthrene,anthracene,fluoranthene,pyrene,triphenylene and benzopyene.The nitrogen-containing componds were more than the sulfur-containing compounds in identified heterocyclic compounds,indicating that this sample was a coal tar with high nitrogen and low sulfur.The research provided the experimental basis for high value-added utilization of high temperature coal tar.
