微波集成隔离器的仿真与设计

摘    要:通过在旋磁基片上集成结环行器和TaN功率薄膜负载,设计出了小型化的微波隔离器.利用电磁场仿真软件HFSS对设计进行建模、分析和改进,得到在8~9 GHz内,隔离度大于20 dB,插入损耗小于0.5dB,电压驻波比小于1.25的集成化隔离器.设计所得的微波隔离器达到了应用的指标,且符合微波通信器件小型化和集成化的发展要求.

Abstract:Through the integrated junction circulator on a ferrite substrate and TaN film load.designed a miniaturized microwave isolators. Using electromagnetic field simulation software HFSS to analyze and improve the design.With the result in 8~9 GHz,the isolation is greater than 20 dB, insertion loss less than 0.5 dB, the voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) is less than 1.25.Design from the microwave isolators to achieve the indicators, and comply with the requirements of miniaturization and integration of microwave communication devices.
