南水北调源头江都第二抽水站原型性能试验研究

摘    要:应用五孔探针测量单泵流量,自记水位计测量上下游水位,ADCP测量泵站流量的方法对江都二站泵机组进行原型试验,计算泵站效率。分析机组在不同上下游水位组合下的抽水性能,了解机组在高扬程工况下运行振动和噪音情况,结果表明:泵站改造后,单泵流量和泵装置效率均有大幅度提高,并能满足南水北调东线工程的运行要求。

Prototype Test on Pump Unit Performances of Jiangdu Second Pump Station in the Source of the South-North Water Project

Abstract:Prototype test on pump unit performances of Jiangdu second pump station was proceeded with the five-hole probe to measure the pump discharge, self-recording tide gauges to record water levels of the upstream and the downstream and ADCP to measure the discharge of the pump station. The pump assembly efficiency was calculated. Pump unit performances in different combinations of the upstream and downstream water levels were analyzed. Vibration and noise of the pump unit in high-head work condition were measured. The results indicate that the discharge of a single pump and the pump assembly efficiency are both increased in a wide-range, which could satisfy the operation of the South to North Water Transfer Project.
