摘    要:以热力系统变工况为基础建立了凝汽器真空的变化对机组运行经济性影响的数学模型,研究了凝汽器存在缺陷对开式循环水系统优化结果的影响。对具有两台循环水泵的300MW凝汽机组计算表明,凝汽器存在缺陷导致其传热系数降低时,双泵运行比单泵运行更经济的临界负荷也随之降低。这一结论对指导循环水系统的经济运行具有一定的理论和实际意义。

Abstract:Based on the changed work state theory of the thermal system, a mathematical model is developed to optimize the open circulating water system when the condenser has fault. For an example, a 300MW condensing-unit with two circulating water pumps was calculated. When the coefficient of heat transfer decreases, the simulation shows that the critical load on which the system of two pumps supply water to the condenser is better than the system of one pump is reduced along with the decreases. The optimization of the circulating water system can be directed theoretically and practically by this conclusion.
