摘    要:对我公司TP347H管坯出现轧制开裂问题进行了研究,重点分析和讨论了TP347H钢中O]、S]含量和添加微量元素B对轧制开裂的影响。调整VOD的脱氧制度使钢中残Al量增加、还原炉渣的碱度提高和Si-Ca的使用改变了钢中夹杂物的性质、形态,以及吹Ar保护浇注等措施的采取,降低了钢中O]、S]含量及夹杂物含量,提高了钢的纯净度,加微量元素B,进一步改善钢了的热塑性,解决TP347H管坯轧制开裂问题。

Abstract:The reason for cracking of billet TP347H was investigated , especially the effect of O],S] content in steel TP347H and addition of trace element B on the cracking daring rolling was discussed and analyzed. The results showed that after changing of deoxidation technique, the residual Al content in the steel was raised, the alkalinity of reductions slag also increased, the application of Si-Ca changed the performance and form of inclusion, the protecting pouring by Ar blowing decreased inclusion content and increased the cleanliness of the steel, the addition of trace element B improved hot plasticity. In this way the cracking of billet TP347 H during rolling was eliminated.
