反丁烯二酸单甲酯单酰氯的合成及催化性能

摘    要:以马来酸酐、甲醇和亚硫酰氯为原料,经酯化、异构化和酰氯化反应合成了反丁烯二酸单甲酯单酰氯(MMFC)。通过单因素和正交实验确定MMFC合成工艺条件为:n[反丁烯二酸单甲酯(MMF)]:n(亚硫酰氯)=1:2.5,反应温度100℃,反应时间50min。在优化条件下,MMFC收率可达91.99%。对MMFC异构化催化性能研究结果表明,MMFC是温和的MMF异构化催化剂,其异构化产物收率可达84.64%。

Abstract:Monomethyl fumarate chloride(MMFC) was synthesized in 91.99% yield by using maleic anhydride,methanol and thionyl chloride as starting materials in steps including esterification,isomerization and acyl chlorination.The optimum reaction conditions were obtained based on orthogonal experiments that molar ratio of monomethyl fumarate to SOCl2 1:2.5,reaction temperature 100℃,and reaction time 50 min.Studies showed that MMFC is a moderate catalyst for MMF isomerization in 84.64% yield.
