云南藏区稳定发展的基本经验

深入田野调查和文献研究,从理论与实践紧密结合的角度,全面总结云南藏区稳定发展的基本经验。主要是：加强藏区与祖国内地的联系和交往;正确处理发展与稳定的关系;结合云南藏区实际,实事求是创造性地贯彻执行党的民族宗教政策;放手使用忠诚于党和国家、有胆识、有能力的少数民族干部;坚持用科学方法观和正确政绩观指导实践;通过＂传统的发明＂,开创具有云南藏区特点的发展模式。上述基本经验,对全国藏区的稳定发展,具有一定的借鉴和参考价值。

The Essential Experiences of the Stable Development in Tibetan Areas of Yunnan Province

Based on the findings of field study and Literature review,this article generally summarizes the essential experiences of the stable development in Tibetan areas of Yunnan Province,highlighting the integration of theory with practice.These experiences include the reinforced connection and contact with the inland areas of the motherland,proper management of the relationship between development and stability,implementation of the CPC＇s ethnic and religion policy in a realistic and creative way with consideration to the practical situation of the local area,the appointment of officials who are loyal to the CPC and the country and who have courage,insight and capability,adherence to the scientific method and correct idea of administrative performance in the guidance of practice,and the practice of the developmental mode oriented to the features of the Tibetan areas of Yunnan via ＂traditional inventions＂.These experiences are of referential value to the stable development of the Tibetan areas all over China.
