| 摘 要： | 以钾离子单通道门控机理的分析为前提,探索钾离子通道门控动力学马尔科夫过程的模型,并选出相对简单的模型。通过马尔科夫基本方程推导出单通道记录中的开放持续时间和关闭持续时间的概率密度函数。

| Abstract: | Taking the study of gating mechanism of potassium channel as the basis,this article approaches modeling method of Markov process of gating mechanism,and selects the relatively simple model.Through the basic Markov equation the probability density function of single-channel,open duration and close duration were derived. |
