大豆主要外观品质性状与脂肪含量的相关和逐步回归分析

摘    要:以514份黄大豆品种为试材,分4个熟期组对大豆完全粒率、百粒重、虫食粒率、褐斑粒率、紫斑粒率与脂肪含量进行了相关和逐步回归分析。结果表明:对脂肪含量影响最大的是褐斑粒率,4个熟期组均呈显著或极显著负相关,均有显著的回归线性效应.其次是完全粒率,4个熟期组均呈显著或极显著正相关,2个熟期组有显著的回归线性效应.百粒重、虫食粒率、紫斑粒率与脂肪含量的相关系数很小,对脂肪含量影响不大。

Abstract:The relationship between fatty content and percentage of good seeds, 100-seeds weight, percentage of damanged by pest, mottling seeds and purple spot seeds were analysed through 514 yellow-coated vareties. The results showed that the percentage of mottling seeds was the most important factor which affected the fatty content with a significant or a great significant negative correlation in 4 maturation groups,and there was a significant linear effect through a stepwise regression analysis. Secondly,the fatty content and percentage of good seeds had a marked or great marked positive correlation in each 2 maturation groups and with a significant linear effect in 2 groups
