| 摘 要： | 针对1副模具中同时成型2个尺寸、重量和结构差异较大的汽车发动机罩盖的情况,为保证注射时的流动平衡,利用Moldflow/MPI软件中的Runner Balance(流道平衡分析)等工具进行了塑件的浇注流动平衡优化分析,确定了分流道直径等浇注系统参数,在此基础上设计了1模2腔的模具结构,阐述了模具工作过程。 |

| Abstract: | Two automotive engine covers with great differences in their size,weight and structure were formed in one mould.In order to ensure the flow equilibrium of melt plastic in the course of injection molding,the analysis functions such as "runner balance" in the Moldflow/MPI software were used.The optimized analysis of flow equilibrium of melt plastic in the feed system of the mould was performed and parameters of feed system such as the runner diameter were determined. |
