高层住宅建筑消防车通道的管理探讨

With the accelerating process of urbanization, the density of urban population is getting bigger and bigger, leading to an oversupply of housing. On this basis, the real estate industry has made rapid development, and the number and scale of high-rise buildings in the city are expanding. This is the objective performance of urban development. At the same time, there are serious fire safety problems. Combining the current situation of architectural design and fire prevention, this paper analyzes the management of fire lanes of high-rise residential buildings and the fire hazards in high-rise residential buildings, summarizes the relevant experience, proposes the effective management of fire truck channel of high-rise residential buildings, hopes to provide reference basis for the orderly evelopment of fire lane management of other high-rise buildings, and provide a reference basis for other high-rise buildings to carry out fire truck access management in an orderly manner, so as to ensure the safety of high-rise buildings
