摘    要:冲压模具是冲压生产必不可少的工艺装备,冲压模具的使用寿命不长是困扰企业生产的重要问题。模具材料、模具结构、压力机状况、模具的使用及维护是影响冲压模具寿命的四大主要因素。选用耐磨损材料,模具表面强化处理,优化冲模结构设计,正确使用、维护和保养模具是提高冲压模具寿命的有效途径。

Abstract:Hurtling and pressing mould is the necessary technology equipment in hurtling and pressing production.However its short life span plagues enterprise production.Four main factors influencing the life span are mould material,mould structure,press condition and mould employment and maintenance.So the effective approach to prolong the life span of hurtling and pressing mould is to select antifriction material,strengthen to process mould surface,optimize hurtling mould design,apply,maintain and lubricate mould correctly.
