摘    要:以提高配电网可靠性评估精度及效率为目标,设计基于多变量特征指标的配电网可靠性评估模型。将配电网看作以电源点为根的树结构,编码拓扑网络节点和支路,明确节点在配电网中的位置;立足配电系统与电力用户实际用电情况,从负荷供应、持续供电、供电修复等方面构建多变量特征指标;计算功率与电压运行状态参数、网络参数的内在关联,在最低停电经济损失与最少停电量基础上,使用潮流计算方法创建配电网可靠性评估模型。实验结果证明,所建模型极大地降低了可靠性评估复杂性,评估准确性与时效性均满足配电网故障诊断标准,可广泛应用于现实场景下配电网运行状态分析中。

Abstract:Aiming at improving the accuracy and efficiency of distribution network reliability evaluation,a distribution network reliability evaluation model based on multivariable characteristic indexes is designed.Regard the distribution network as a tree structure rooted at the power point,code the topological network nodes and branches,and clarify the position of the nodes in the distribution network;based on the actual power consumption of the distribution system and power users,the multivariable characteristic indicators are constructed from the aspects of load supply,continuous power supply,power supply repair,etc; calculate the internal relationship between power and voltage operation state parameters and network parameters.On the basis of minimum outage economic loss and minimum outage energy,use the power flow calculation method to create a distribution network reliability evaluation model.The experimental results prove that the built model greatly reduces the complexity of reliability evaluation,and that the accuracy and timeliness of the evaluation meet the fault diagnosis standards of the distribution network,and it can be widely used in the analysis of the operation status of the distribution network in real scenarios.
