养老护理员身心体验及需求的现象学研究

目的 了解养老机构的养老护理员工作时的身心体验及需求。方法 对14名在养老机构工作的养老护理员进行一对一的半结构式访谈,运用Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈内容进行分析、整理、提炼。结果 共提炼出3个类属10个主题。类属一:积极的身心体验,包括责任感的驱使、职业认同感相对较高、同理心较强。类属二:消极的身心体验,包括精力耗费大、身体负荷重、心理压力无法排解、社会认可度较低。类属三:需求,包括受到理解、待遇提升、培训学习。结论 建议加大宣传力度,建立适当的晋升与奖励机制,做好养老护理员定期培训,重视并及时维护其身心健康状况,提高职业尊严和职业价值;积极促进养老机构的科技创新,提升养老护理工作效率,从而促进机构整体照护质量的提升。

Phenomenological study on physical and mental experience and needs of nursing staff for the elderly

Objective To explore the physical, mental experience and needs of nursing staff in nursing institution for the aged. Methods Totally 14 nursing staff working in nursing institution for the aged were given one-to-one semi-structured interview and the data collected were analyzed, sorted out and refined using Colaizzi 7-step analysis. Results Three categories and 10 themes were summarized. The 3 categories were positive physical and mental experience, including sense of responsibility, strong professional identity and high empathy, negative physical and mental experience, including high energy consumption, heavy physical load, being unable to resolve inner pressure and low social acceptance, as well as demands, including being understood, promotion and training. Conclusion It is suggested that publicity, appropriate promotion and reward mechanism, regular training and their physical and mental health, professional dignity and value should be paid attention to. Moreover, scientific and technological innovation should be promoted to improve the efficiency, thus better the overall care quality of such institutions.
