摘    要:随着我国老龄化程度的持续加深,劳动力减少对建筑业的直接影响要求加快建筑产业升级。装配式建造方式在提高劳动生产效率和施工建造水平的同时还具有减少环境污染、节约资源的特点,但装配式建筑的环境效益并没有充分被社会所认识,增量成本高导致开发商积极性低,公众也未充分认识装配式的环境优势。通过 DPSIR 模型探究装配式建筑环境效益的影响因素,结合 DEMATEL-ISM 分析建筑环境效益形成逻辑,寻找影响环境效益形成的重要因素和关键路径,发现通过政府、企业等各方的主动“响应”可以不断促进装配式建筑将其理论环境优势转化为现实环境效益,希望这些发现能帮助装配式建筑发挥出更大环境效益。

Abstract:As China’s population aging continues to deepen, the direct impact of labor reduction on the construction industry alsorequires accelerating the upgrading of the construction industry. The prefabricated construction method has the characteristics ofreducing environmental pollution and saving resources while improving labor production efficiency and construction level.However, the environmental benefits of prefabricated buildings are not fully recognized by society. The high incremental cost leadsto low enthusiasm for developers to use this method, the general public does not fully understand the environmental benefits ofprefabricated buildings. This paper explores the influencing factors of the environmental benefits of prefabricated buildings throughDPSIR model, analyzes the logic of building environmental benefit formation combined with DEMATEL-ISM, identifies importantfactors and critical paths affecting the formation of environmental benefits. Results find that the active "response" of thegovernment, enterprise and other parties can continuously promote the transformation of prefabricated buildings into realenvironmental benefits. The findings can guide prefabricated buildings to play a greater environmental advantage.
