知识共享、绿色创新与基础设施可持续发展协同关系研究

摘    要:知识共享、绿色创新作为塑造行业可持续竞争优势的关键因素,对基础设施建设领域的目标向可持续化方向转型起到重要作用。为研究知识共享、绿色创新与基础设施可持续发展的协同关系,通过扎根理论获取测量量表,梳理量表中不同层级因素间的关系结构,基于知识管理、协同创新和组织学习理论构建知识共享、绿色创新与基础设施可持续发展协同互动的假设模型,通过调查问卷收集基于测量量表的实证数据,利用实证数据通过结构方程模型对假设模型进行验证和修正。结果表明:知识共享渠道、知识共享行为和知识共享环境正向促进基础设施可持续发展,其中知识共享行为影响程度最大,即基础设施可持续发展更易受知识共享主体行为选择的影响;绿色技术创新和绿色制度创新正向促进基础设施可持续发展,绿色技术创新对基础设施可持续发展的贡献略大于绿色制度创新;绿色技术创新对知识共享渠道、绿色制度创新对知识共享环境、绿色技术创新/绿色制度创新对知识共享行为的3种路径均在促进基础设施可持续发展中具有中介效应,即推动绿色创新可进一步加强知识共享对基础设施可持续发展的间接影响,但影响程度小于知识共享的直接作用效应,起到基础性作用。应鼓励知识共享行为、建立正式知识共享...

Abstract:Knowledgesharing and green innovation are two key factors in shaping industrialsustainable competitiveness, and play a vital role in infrastructures’transformation to sustainability. This paper, aiming at their collaborationamong knowledge sharing, green innovation and infrastructures sustainabledevelopment, uses the relation structure in the measurement table to establishan interactively simulated model, which is verified and corrected by confirmeddata from questionnaire. Knowledge sharing channel, behavior and environmentpromote the sustainable development of infrastructures, most contributed byknowledge sharing behavior. Green technical innovation and green systeminnovation play a positive role on the sustainable development ofinfrastructures, of which green technical innovation plays the bigger part.Three approaches, green technical innovation to knowledge sharing channel,green system innovation to knowledge sharing environment, green technicalinnovation/green system innovation to knowledge sharing behavior, play amediating role in promoting the sustainable development of infrastructures.Green innovation may further boost the indirect impact of knowledge sharing onthe sustainable development of infrastructures, but less from its directimpact. This paper presents suggestions on encouraging knowledge sharingbehavior, setting up knowledge sharing system, constructing knowledge sharingenvironment for a sustainable development. Green collaborative innovationpromotes the infrastructures. This paper provides theoretical references for aquality sustainable development of infrastructures.
