锂离子电池正极材料NiS的制备与性能

摘    要:采用球磨法和水热法分别合成了硫化镍(NiS)正极材料,用SEM、XRD、循环伏安和充放电等方法分析了材料的结构、形貌及电化学性能。水热法合成的材料颗粒均匀,分散程度高;以0.1 mA/cm2的电流密度在1.0~3.0 V充放电,首次放电比容量为584.6 mAh/g。

Abstract:Cathode material nickel sulfide(NiS)was prepared by hydrothermal and mechanical alloying routes,respectively. The structure,morphology and electrochemical performance of the materials were analyzed by SEM,XRD,cyclic voltammetry and charge-discharge methods. The material prepared by hydrothermal route had uniform particles and a high degree of dispersion. When charge-discharge at 1.0~3.0 V with the current density of 0.1 mA/cm~2,its initial specific discharge capacity was 584.6 mAh/g.
