摘    要:概述了铝合金微弧氧化技术原理和陶瓷膜特点,分析了电流密度、电压、脉冲频率、脉冲占空比和电解液参数对制备铝合金微弧氧化陶瓷膜的影响,介绍了铝合金微弧氧化的机理和工业应用现状,指出了铝合金微弧氧化技术的研究方向.

Abstract:The principle of micro-arc oxidation (MAO) for aluminum alloys and the characteristics of ceramic coating were summarized. The effects of current density, voltage, pulse frequency, pulse duty cycle and electrolyte parameters on MAO ceramic coating of aluminum alloys were analyzed. The mechanism of MAO for aluminum alloys and its application in industry were introduced. The research direction of micro-arc oxidation of aluminum alloys was pointed out.
