醚化汽油调和国Ⅳ车用汽油配方研究

摘    要:在降低锰剂加入量的情况下,利用正交试验优选出引入醚化汽油组分调和93#,97#车用汽油的配方。结果表明,调和93#汽油最佳配方的组分为醚化汽油、加氢汽油、催化汽油、甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)、生成油,其质量分数依次为10%,60%,6%,5%,7%;调和97#汽油最佳配方的组分为醚化汽油、加氢汽油、催化汽油、MTBE、生成油、重芳烃汽油、甲苯,其质量分数依次为8%,50%,12%,9%,7%,4%,7%。按优化配方调和出符合国Ⅳ标准的车用汽油,达到了降低汽油烯烃、芳烃含量,降低蒸汽压及提高辛烷值的目的。

Abstract:In the case of reducing manganese agent,the formulations for etherification gasoline blending motor 93# and 97# gasolines were optimized by using orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimum formulation for 93# blended gasoline consisited of etherified gasoline,hydrogenated gasoline,catalytic cracking gasoline,methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE) and reformed gasoline with mass faction of 10%,60%,6%,5% and 7% in turn;and the optimum formulation for 97# blended gasoline consisted of etherified gasoline,hydrogenated gasoline,catalytic cracking gasoline,MTBE,reformed gasoline,heavy aromatics gasoline and methylbenzene with mass faction of 8%,50%,12%,9%,7%,4% and 7% in turn.The blended motor gasolines met the need of Chinese national standard Ⅳ,which achieved the goal of lowering gasoline olefin and aromatics content,decreasing the steam pressure and increasing the octane value.
