摘    要:研究了峰峰矿务局牛儿庄矿开采2号大煤前、在野青底板巷道中向2号煤层打穿层钻孔进行水压爆破的工艺技术,分析了水压爆破致裂、传统水力压裂和传统爆破造缝各自的特点和水压爆破致裂煤体的机理,观测了爆破前、后钻孔瓦斯流量的变化和钻孔自然流量的衰减规律.试验结果表明,钻孔水压爆破可以有效地提高煤层的透气性,爆破前、后钻孔的自然流量提高3倍以上.

Abstract:The technology of water pressure blasting in the hole which is drilled from Yeqing coal seam to No.2 coal seam before mining the No.2 coal seam was researched in Niuerzhuang Mine Fengfeng Mining Bureau.The characters of water pressure blasting, traditional making crack with infuse and traditional making crack with blasting and the mechanism of water pressure blasting to cause split in coal seam were analyzed.The attenuation rule of natural flux and the change of methane from the hole fore-and-aft blasting were observed.Finally the results of experiment proved that water pressure blasting is the better method to improve the penetrability of coal seam effectively and the flux of the hole fore-and-aft blasting increase 3 doubles.
